I believe that through Ifa you can connect to various energy matrices to help you develop self-actualization and growth. In 2016 I became certified as a Reiki practitioner. It was at this time that I discovered my abilities to work with and understand various energies within a person, as well as teaching a person how to tap into his/her own energies. Along with being a duly licensed mental health therapist, I am also certified as a Diplomate in Comprehensive Energy Psychology (DCEP), through the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology. I offer a new group of therapeutic approaches that work with the human energy system and are understood to affect the body/mind interconnection. ~Linda Wolfe
